The first album "Quiet Riot" (1978) and the second album "Quiet Riot II" (1979), which were released only in Japan at that time, are now available on CD. The first album "Quiet Riot" released in 1978, which was only released on LP in Japan at the time, is now available for the first time on official CD here in Japan! The CD also includes a great cover track of SMALL FACES' "Tin Soldier" covered by URIAH HEEP and "Glad All Over" originally by Bobby Day and a big hit by Dave Clark Five. The influence of the British Invasion bands can be felt greatly on this album,In particular, vocalist Kevin Dubrow can be heard to have been influenced by Steve Marriott as much as SLADE's Noddy Holder. Although Randy's guitar playing is still very new, some of the guitar ideas that he would later use when he joined the Ozzy Osbourne Band can be heard here and there. In addition, three songs from the 1975 single "Suicidal Show" that were not included on the album, as well as one song not included on the album, are included as bonuses! With a total of 16 tracks, this is sure to be a definitive release that will bring tears to the eyes of fans!
