This is a live album (1970) by the Band of Gypsies, formed by Jimi Hendrix, who disbanded the Experience in 1969, with Billy Cox (b), a friend from his army days, and Buddy Miles (ds/vo), who also played with him on "Electric Ladyland". It features their appearances at the Fillmore East in New York City from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day, 1969-1970. It was the band's only release and also the last work released by Hendrix before his death.
