TRIGGER, the creator of "Kill la Kill", is now producing an original TV animation! Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai. The heart cries out for help! The new project is written by Mari Okada, who has worked on numerous coming-of-age dramas such as "Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai" and "Kokoro wa Shoutatte Gitaeruda", with manga artist Shiro Miwa as character designer and young talented director Hiroshi Kobayashi, who has storyboarded and directed "Kill la Kill" and "Rage of Bahamut Genesis", as the first director. This is a story of kizuna, or "kizuna", linked by kizu, or "flaws". The story of boys and girls who share their "pain" with each other is about to begin! The setting is the city of Sumago, built on reclaimed land. The setting is Sugo City, a town built on reclaimed land. A high school student, Shohei Agata, who lives in this once prosperous futuristic city, somehow has a strange body that does not feel pain. One day, just before summer vacation, Kappei, under the guidance of a mysterious girl named Sonozaki Hoko, is chosen as one of the "Kiznaeavor," a group of people who share the same pain. His classmates are connected as "Kiznaevers" as well. However, they belong to different groups that would not normally get along with each other.Says Sonozaki, "This is an experiment to bring peace to a world filled with strife." With these words, numerous ordeals befall them. The story of a summer of boys and girls who have to bear each other's wounds begins here!
