The long-awaited release of "Into My System," the second album of Sara Wakui's solo project! In addition to the musicians with whom she worked so well together on the previous album, the album also includes a collaboration with Yoshiho Nakamura. His first album "Time Won't Stop" (December 2022) was highly acclaimed and he performed at Fuji Rock Festival for the first time in 2023. Sara Wakui, an artist of note at the moment, has released her second album "Into My System" after a one-year absence. As with her previous album, the album features a piano trio ensemble, with some songs featuring guitars, strings, vocals, and rap, while others feature her own compositions, including a track she wrote herself for the first time. The three participating musicians are band members Kanata Morimitsu (bass), Shunsuke Uehara (drums), and Tomoki Ishii (guitar). Wakui and his bandmates form an ironclad ensemble that builds the sound of the album.Singer/rappers mimiko, ermhoi, and Pecori of ODD Foot Works participate in this album as well. Also, Kaho Nakamura, who is collaborating with the group for the first time, sings beautifully on this album. The album also features a front lineup of rich personalities, adding even more color to the songs. All of the songs on the album were written and arranged by Wakui, and the album shows his growth as a musician with more musical depth than his previous work.
