Piano Shift's first new album in about a year and a half, "Salvage vol. 1," is finally completed. The album, which features a new keyboardist, Eiji Nakamura, and is composed mainly of rock and aggressive music. The tasteful melodies and harmonies, which are more than just atmospheric, have been further refined. The album begins with the romantic "Festival Night," composed by Ryosuke Kojima, bassist and key composer of the band Still Caravan, and arranged by Yosuke Saito, bassist of Piano Shift. This was followed by "Vitamin," with its impressive Japanese melody and many modulations. Then comes "Houx Wardiougue," with its snarling bass that gives the song a white-hot live feel. After the fantastic solo piano piece "Marina," which bridges the album and connects the songs beautifully, "St. Percy" with its Latin jazz-style rhythm and charming chorus is impressive, and finally "Funkle" closes the curtain of Vol. 1 with a funk x swing x rock fast-paced sound. The last song is "Funkle," a fast-paced funk, swing, and rock song.We hope you will experience this miraculous and passionate world that can only be created by these members, each of whom come from different and diverse backgrounds.
