Here comes a group that will let you enjoy the fun and charm of chamber music to the fullest! One Music International Ensemble is a performance group of "One Music International" started in 2011 under the leadership of Li Yibin, a violinist from China. The name "One Music" was born from the idea of creating one project at a time. In addition to Li Ibing, Christophe Giovanninetti on violin, Pierre-Henri Zeleb on viola, and Philippe Muler on cello will perform four chamber pieces by Taneyev and Prokofiev. Although there is a 35-year generational gap between Taneyev and Prokofiev, they became grand-pupils when Taneyev's mother, noticing the young Prokofiev's talent, went to him for advice, and he introduced her to his pupil, Glière. All of these works are rarely heard, but you will enjoy the certainty of their compositions and melodies. The performance by the One Music International Ensemble is not only technically sound, but also full of the joys of chamber music. I was surprised at how fascinating the two Prokofiev pieces were.
