This album, *GoodGrief*, is her long-awaited seventh studio album, her first since *Amidst the Chaos* was released in 2019. As the title “GoodGrief” suggests, the album centers on the theme of “loss.” It explores various forms of “loss”—ranging from experiences drawn from Sarah’s own life to fictional narratives. The album also delves into the feeling of losing one’s emotional balance and the frustration of being unable to find a positive meaning in painful situations.
