Its original sound, a fusion of rock and techno, has been highly acclaimed as one of the most representative albums of the 1990s. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of the album this year, the band is releasing "Demodelica," an album containing demo recordings and mixes of the album that have not yet been released. The album offers new insights into the making of "Screamadelica" and is a must-listen for listeners who have loved "Screamadelica". The liner notes are by John Savage, an author/journalist renowned for his writings on UK rock culture, including "England's Dreaming: Sex Pistols and Punk Rock'" and "The Hacienda Must Be Built.
