In the two years since the release of his last album, AFRICA SPEAKS, in 2019, Santana has spent most of that time working on his new album, BLESSINGS AND MIRACLES, which he also produced himself. He says that the production of the album in the midst of the Corona disaster forced him to record remotely with musicians who were geographically distant from him, but that this did not dampen his creativity or inspiration.
