The recordings were made between 2007 and 2014, featuring a total of about 40 musicians. However, since the number of performers per piece is limited to between 8 and 11, the individual voices remain consistently clear throughout every work. ◆La Magnifica Comunità (Early Music Ensemble / Approx. 40 min. performance) An Italian early music ensemble founded in Padua, northern Italy, in 1990. The ensemble is led by Enrico Casazza, an early music violinist who has also performed with groups such as Concerto Italiano and Europa Galante. 【Recording】 ◆Most of the recordings were made in historic buildings and churches in Padua, Northern Italy, resulting in excellent sound quality that captures the delicate overtones inherent to period instruments. 【Product Specifications】 ◆The 13 CDs have a total running time of approximately 734 minutes (12 hours and 14 minutes).
