This album, HY's 16th original album, is a collection of nine songs that reflect on the time spent with the band members and fans over the past 25 years, as well as the time spent with their precious families, and the time they will continue to spend together in the future. The album contains a total of 10 songs, including 9 songs and 1 bonus track, which were written with various "times" in mind. The new song "Koi ni kite" was written as the theme song for the movie "366 Days," and is a ballad that was produced to accompany the various feelings that cross over in the course of living the time with loved ones and family that is depicted in the movie. This song can be seen as an answer song to the song "366 Days," which was released 16 years ago and has been sung over and over again by many people.The album includes "SKY", the theme song for the HY SKY Fes festival held every March, "Nescafe Okinawa Coffee Project" original song "Ashitane", the opening theme song for the October cool TV anime "Kinokoinu", and various other tie-in songs. The album also includes a variety of tie-up songs, as well as a new song written especially for the album. The limited first edition DVD includes the video of "HY 366DAYS Premium Live," a one-night-only precious live performance held at Billboard Live TOKYO on February 29 this year, a leap year that falls on the 366th day every four years, as well as the music video and making-of video of "Koi ni shite". Included in the package.
