Description:

Takako Nishizaki, wife of NAXOS founder Klaus Hyman, is also an accomplished violinist. She began playing the violin at the age of four under the tutelage of her father, Shinji. Shinji was a close friend of Shinichi Suzuki, the founder of the Suzuki Method, and the two of them studied together through trial and error how to improve the violin. Of course, as the first student of the Suzuki Method, she absorbed it, and her wonderful violin talent blossomed. This first volume contains pieces for children who are first introduced to the violin. By completing small pieces one by one, such as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Musume to Hiraite, young children will gain a sense of accomplishment and emotional development.
