Three years after his last album "Candy Dream", Shuya Okino, who leads KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE and KYOTO JAZZ SEXTET and is active not only as a DJ, composer, and songwriter but also as a writer and sound branding artist, has released his sixth album "Will", a multi-track album as a songwriter. The JB Funk "The Jet Leg" featuring Ryo Nakata of Osaka Monorail, the king of Japanese Funk, which has already been released on 7" and has been well received, and the mellow funk "The Jet Leg" sung by Nancy Wilson and sampled on Erykah Badu's "Honey". The album contains 9 songs ranging from soul/funk tunes to city pop, including a cover of the mellow dancer "I'm In Love", which is also known for its sampling in Erykah Badu's "Honey", and was finally completed after 5 years of production!
