She is one of the few pianists who have performed in recital every year. She has performed with numerous orchestras. She has released nine CDs. (Excellent and Recommended) "Ueda's great admiration for music and his vitality are his true essence. He is highly acclaimed by critics for his ability to empathize with the anguish and joy of Beethoven and Bach and convey them directly to the audience through the keyboard, and his outstanding performance ability continues to evolve. She has also received the Tsuruyo Takeoka Award, the 1st Uchiyama Culture Award, and the Saga Prefecture Arts and Culture Award. ＜Akiko Tanaka graduated from Ochanomizu University, Department of Art Expression and Behavior. She was introduced to music at an early age by her mother, Nobuko Ueda, a pianist. Studied under Professor Tatsuo Mizutani of Tokyo University of the Arts. She continued her studies while teaching younger students. She has given three recitals so far. In recent years, she has expanded her activities to Fukuoka as well.
