There is no "preparation" of any kind, such as preperation for performance. This documentary-style DVD simulates the actual recording process. The selection of instruments for each song, sound creation, phrase elaboration, meticulous tuning, artistic drumming, precise yet organic rhythms... This is the first DVD in Japan to get this close to the truth of Yasuo Sano and to show even outtakes that are not used in the recording process. Yasuo Sano Born in Fukuoka Prefecture. Studied under Ryojiro Furusawa while in college. Experienced various jazz and blues sessions and started his career as a musician. Since then, he has recorded and toured with various artists such as Tetsu 100%, MONDO GROSSO, MONDAY Mitsuru, ORIGINAL LOVE, GAKU-MC, AIR, Toko Furuuchi, the brilliant green, Sincerity Brothers, Yuzu, Mika Nakashima, ORANGE RANGE, YUKI, DAITA, and Ayaka Hirahara. He has recorded and toured with a variety of artists, including Yoko Kanno, Yuko Kanno In recent years, he has also worked with Yoko Kanno, aiko, Yuko Ando, Mao Abe, and a wide range of other popular idols and voice actors.
