An intimate dialogue with Schumann, made possible by the 4-hand piano accompaniment version of the "German Requiem" in 4-hand piano accompaniment. Brahms wrote "Deutsches Requiem" as a very human requiem. It is said that the death of Schumann, with whom Brahms had a close friendship, was the inspiration for the German Requiem. As a result, the work is a grand and expansive work, but when the orchestral part is played by the piano, one can feel the intimate emotion that seems to ooze from the heart in every note. The album is characterized by its composition, interspersed with Schumann's piano piece "Children's Scenes. A dreamlike time is created as the requiem slowly progresses, tracing beautiful memories.
