National Album Day, the UK's version of Record Day, has been celebrated in the UK since 2018, celebrating the music album that has loved, influenced, and been an indispensable part of the British pop culture for over 70 years. On this day, various albums that have had a great impact on British pop culture will be reissued in analog LP format. This year's theme is "90's"! The albums from this period, when analog LPs were replacing CDs, will be reissued on limited-edition colored vinyl.Stone Temple Pilots, from San Diego, burst into the center of the music scene with their 1992 debut "Core". After the tremendous success of their debut album, which reached #3 in the U.S. and won a Grammy Award for the single "Plush," the band, not being carried away by the clamor of their debut album, remained firmly grounded and began recording their next album to encapsulate their own style in their sound, which was released in 1994. Their second album, "Purple," was released in 1994. This album was the follow-up to their smash-hit debut, and it attracted worldwide attention. This album is a stunning demonstration of the fact that they are a world-class rock band. The color of each copy will vary due to the recycled vinyl format.
