Self-taught in piano and improvisation from an early age, he later attended the Hans Eisler School of Music and the Kronberg Academy. He has won prizes at numerous competitions, including the Mendelssohn International Piano Competition, and is currently an up-and-coming young pianist who has been invited to perform at prestigious concert halls such as the Wigmore Hall in London, the Musikverein in Vienna, the Reisshalle in Hamburg, and the Suntory Hall in Tokyo, etc. In 2023 he will be invited to perform at the Deutsche This is Azar's debut album with Deutsche Grammophon (DG).
