The three-piece girls group "SANDAL TELEPHONE" will release their long-awaited second mini-album "SHUTDOWN→REBOOT" on February 20, 2024. The album will include the four songs "UnLucky", "Sparkle", "BLACK DIAMOND", and "Tragic Irony" that have been distributed in advance, the danceable title tune "SHUTDOWN→REBOOT", newly written by Kenichi Chiba, which challenges a new genre, and "SHUTDOWN→REBOOT", the quintessential song written, composed, and arranged by Takahiro Furukawa. The album contains seven songs in total, including "Allegro," the quintessential minor-key, up-tempo, fast-moving song that creates a cool worldview like the opening of an anime, and "Shangri-La," the group's first cover song (original: Denki Groove). The mini-album will be released in two formats, with separate cover artwork for the A and B discs, with the A disc adding "Shangri-La (Extended Mix)" and the B disc including instrumental versions of all the songs in addition to the usual vocal tracks.
