Formed in 1992 in the German city of Aachen by Dirk Jan Muller (key) and others, who have also released many albums under the name COSMIC GROUND (Berlin School Project), ELECTRIC ORANGE is already a veteran of the German neo-krautrock scene, having released albums almost every year since the beginning of the 21st century in addition to one-off live performances. The band chewed up the krautrock sound of the past such as CAN, GURU GURU, AMON DUUL, TANGERINE DREAM, etc. and made you forget about the passage of time. The band's "Kosmische Musik" is not just a mere imitation or retrospective of the past, but is an originality that can be said to be their identity.The quartet, which includes the well-known Dirk Bittner (g), newcomer Werner Wieczorek (b), who joined the band in 2009, and Eric Karow (drs), who returned to the band in 2010, makes full use of guitar, bass, drums, Hammond organ, mellotron, and synths, The quartet is composed of Eric Karow (b), Eric Karow (drs) and Eric Karow (drs), who has returned to Japan, and they cut through the music with a modern sensibility via electronica and grunge while retaining a vintage mood.
