Texas blues icon Johnny Winter's last album "Step Back" was released in September 2014 as a box set of 7 x 7-inch analog vinyl copies of Johnny Winter's album "Step Back". Without waiting for its release, Johnny Winter passed away suddenly on July 16, 2014 at the age of 70 years old, and the album "Step Back" was his last album without a figure. The album covers the blues, rock and roll, and boogie that Johnny had been familiar with since childhood, and features a star-studded lineup of guests including guitarist Eric Clapton, who lived in the same era, and Joe Perry (from Aerosmith) and Brian Setzer, whom Johnny admired as his heroes. This is a gorgeous work with an all-star lineup of guests. The album is now available on 7" analog vinyl and packaged in a luxurious box set.
