Boni Pueri is a leading Czech choir, based in the city of Hradec Kralove in East Bohemia and performing all over the world. Based in Hradec Kralove, a city in East Bohemia, the choir has performed all over the world, making its first visit to Japan in 2000, and since then has come to Japan many times to perform in splendid harmony. Unlike most boys' choirs, the Ave Maria Chorus is known for its ability to produce rich harmonies, covering all parts from soprano, alto, tenor, and bass, with members who have reached the age of voice change (up to 23) remaining in the choir. This album contains their best repertoire such as "Ave Maria" and "Aria on the G string," as well as sophisticated pieces such as an arrangement based on a "Bohemian folk song" by Jeremiasz, and is an attractive album that fully presents the charm of the choir.
