Treasure Ark, a series that selects high-quality live recordings! Included the full performance at Nippon Budokan on April 1, 1976 from the famous album "A Night at the Opera Tour" which includes the song "Bohemian Rhapsody". The full performance at Nippon Budokan on April 1, 1976 from "A Night at the Opera Tour", Queen's second visit to Japan! The tour consisted of 78 shows in total, but they performed in only 4 countries (UK, USA, Australia, and Japan). In addition, 11 of the 78 shows were in Japan. Starting at Nippon Budokan on March 22, the Japan tour continued until an additional show at Ryogoku Nihon Daigaku Kodo (former Kokugikan) on April 4, but Freddie was in poor health at the beginning. At first, Freddie was not feeling well and his throat was in bad shape. However, by the time he came back to Tokyo after touring western Japan for two days at the Budokan on March 31 and April 1, he had fully recovered and gave an excellent performance.And the April 1 show on this CD is famous among enthusiasts for playing a very rare song. The song "Hangman" is a song that has not been recorded until now, and was originally in the repertoire of the band Wreckage, which Freddie played with before he joined Queen. Although it was a standard repertoire song in Queen's debut year around 1973, it was performed less and less frequently, and the Budokan on April 1 was the last time it was performed live. The other songs were selected evenly from the four albums released up to this point, including "Sweet Lady," "Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon," "Father To Son," and others that are unique to this era. What's more, just the fact that you can listen to the masterpiece "A Night At The Opera" tour in full size is exciting. This is a must-see show for Queen fans in Japan.
