The Sonata for Unaccompanied Violin, a magnificent work that could be said to be a condensation of Bartók's entire life, the Sonata for Unaccompanied Violin written at the beginning of World War II, a sonata that encapsulates Honegger's thoughts, and the Prokofiev Sonata, which seems to expand the scale of the instrument to a symphony-like scale, The violin's potential is maximized in these pieces. Pritchin's intelligence and skill are simply overwhelming in this 66-minute performance. The work by Francais is a dedication to Mikhail Goltstein (1917-1989). The original title of the piece is Tema con 8 variazioni, which is written in Italian, and it is a very gorgeous piece with superb technique, somewhat reminiscent of Paganini. Iren Pritchin was born in 1987 in St. Petersburg.He has been praised by Monsieur de Mont Saint-Jean as having "a special talent that cannot be described in a few words and an outstanding musical culture". He graduated from the Moscow Conservatory. She is the winner of the Ron-Thibault International Competition (2014), as well as numerous prizes at the Kreisler Competition, Wieniawski Competition, and other competitions. As a concerto soloist, she has performed with Emelianichev and Kulenzis, and in chamber music with Gennysas and Melnikov. King International
