ELO, no matter where you cut - ELO, led by pop wizard Jeff Lynne, presents "From Out of Nowhere," their first new album in four years. The deluxe CD, available only on import, comes in a special embossed soft pack featuring a raised ELO spaceship. Jeff Lynne's ELO, led by the hugely resurgent POP wizard Jeff Lynne, will urgently release its long-awaited new album "From Out of Nowhere" on November 1, 2019, four years after 2015's "Alone in the Universe". Including the title track "From Out of Nowhere," the first single released earlier, the songs on the album are even more reminiscent of the golden era of the 1970s, the "Savior of Aurora," "Out of the Blue," and "Discovery" era, than the previous album "Alone in the Universe". The result is reminiscent of the 1970s ELO taste in the forefront. The album features the title track full of Jeff Lynne-esque melodies, "All My Love," the sweet and sad "Help Yourself," the sparkling "Down Keim the Rain" featuring a solo by pianist Richard Tandy, a close friend from the ELO days, and the intense rock number "One More Time. The album features the unchanging ELO sound on a total of 10 tracks, including the sparkling "One More Time" and the sweet closing track, "Songbird. Of the first single, "From Out of Nowhere," Jeff Lynne said, "'From Out of Nowhere' ... that's exactly where it came from. From Out of Nowhere...that's exactly what it's about. This is the first song I wrote for the album, and it's about hope and salvation. Everyone needs to have a little bit of hope and optimism. I've been saved by that many times. That feeling is a theme that runs through the whole album.
