Itoï Goro's All Night Nippon," which began at 1:00 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 1967, was a pioneer in late-night music broadcasting with the theme of "nonstop music" and little talk time. It was broadcast from January 3, 1975 to June 30, 1981 (two parts). Recently, a portion of the broadcast sound recordings from those days was miraculously discovered, and three compilations consisting of Itoi's DJ sound recordings and Western pop music from the early days (1967-1970) were released, appealing strongly to those who were awakened to music from Western music on late-night broadcasts. The selection of songs is different from previous Western music compilations, and will be full of songs that have never been released on CD (or have not been released on CD for a long time), which will satisfy even the most discerning fans.
