The funk group "Herman Kelly and Life" led by percussionist Herman Kelly was based in Miami, Florida. This year marks the 45th anniversary of the release of the classic B-Boy break "Dance to the Drummer's Beat," which has been used as a sampling track by many famous rappers and is also included on "ULTIMATE BREAKS & BEATS," known as an introductory disc for DJs, in a 7-inch RSD limited edition with a delusional cover!
