The vocalist, piano player, and guitarist each bring their own individuality to express music that values humanity, such as hope for life, joy, and sometimes sadness and pain in the heart. Yukio, Shoko, and Tomoo, each member of the "Ikiru Trio" has the character for "live" in their name. It has been 10 years since the trio first performed together. Over the course of ten years of live performances, the three of us have blended our individual personalities as artists. In the process, our music has become not only familiar and pleasant to the ear, but also multifaceted, with tenderness and harshness, lightness and darkness. I think this is the reason why we have been able to continue and want to continue, even though we have different personalities. And now we are feeling more and more the depth of the relationship between music and the "living" that resides in our name. This trio's first album is a selection of songs that is suitable for a release in the rainy season, and is a quiet look at the idea of living.
