Ravel’s “Rhapsodie espagnole” and Bizet’s “Jeux d’enfants” are works also known as orchestral suites. While they may not quite match the full range of timbres found in an orchestra, you can fully savor the magnificent soundscapes—so grand you’d never guess they’re produced by two pianos (or one piano in Bizet’s piece)—in the high-quality sound of the SACD hybrid format.
