Description:
Hewitt's French Program! The world of "Faure" played by the goddess of the keyboard. Hewitt's French music following Ravel, Chabrier and Debussy! Hewitt's French music after Ravel, Chabrier, Debussy, Rameau and Coupland of the Baroque era. Angela Hewitt, the goddess of the keyboard, has received the greatest acclaim in the world, and the newest addition to her "French repertoire" is Gabriel Fauré (1845-1924)! The second masterpiece of Fauré's creative period and his most famous piano work, "Theme and Variations," composed in 1895 at the age of 50, selections from "Valse Caprice" and "Nocturne," and "Ballade," an early masterpiece composed in 1879 and dedicated to his mentor Saint-Saëns.Hewitt's two hands produce not only serious, introspective, and sometimes graceful expressions, but also a sense of "joy" that shines from the depths of the music. The pianism of Angela Hewitt, who is scheduled to give a long-awaited performance in Japan in October, and the sound of the famous Italian instrument Fazioli, will be an invitation to the world of Fauré as yet unseen.
