The SACD Hybrid Edition of Fauré's piano works, including two world premiere recordings, beautifully performed by the prodigious Nicolas Stavy! French virtuoso Nicolas Stavy has recorded piano works by Fauré, a composer born in his native France. The world premiere recording of the sonata and mazurka, both of which were recorded for the first time in the world, is a special feature of this release.
