French classical trumpeter Romain Leroux expands his trumpet world with an elaborate repertoire of wistful easy listening style renditions of famous film melodies. This time, he blows up famous film melodies in a wistful and gorgeous Nini-Russo style of yesteryear. Many of the composers are originally from the classical field and are musically sound, and almost all of the pieces originally feature the trumpet, so you can naturally enter into their worlds. It is too gorgeous that the famous trumpet player Ibrahim Marlov, who is also the composer of "In the Siberian Forest," participates in Miles Davis' "Elevator on the Death Row" and saxophone virtuoso Raphael Humbert in Michel Legrand's "Dingo"! Also noteworthy is the trumpet concerto "Move" composed for Leroux by Baptiste Trotignon, a popular French jazz pianist who also toured Japan in a duo with Alexandre Tharaud. It is an imposing work in three movements, with a playing time of about 24 minutes. The main part is a technical trumpet solo, and the content has a film music style with a jazz taste.Enjoy the famous melodies of yesteryear with a 21st century flavor. King International
