Azimuth's new 7" single is the first single to be released from the new Azimuth album, which continues to attract musicians and music fans from all over the world beyond the boundaries of Brazil! Arabuta", named after the Tupi Guarani word for an endangered tree that grows in Brazil, is a word that symbolizes both the overwhelming beauty of nature and the fragility of human ethics to protect it, while at the same time reminding people today of the preciousness of indigenous wisdom that sees the unwavering value of protecting ecosystems. The Azims are a reminder to modern people of the value of the wisdom of indigenous peoples, who see the unwavering value of ecological preservation. The Azims attempt to express the preciousness of nature and human fragility with their trademark timeless jazz-funk and spacy futurism. Producer and longtime Azimuth collaborator Daniel Mornick splits such songs into two mid-tempo parts and dub-mixes them for the dance floor.
