Coldplay recently announced the release of their latest album "MOON MUSIC," their first album in three years, and sent the world into a frenzy.Their latest CD and analog releases are made from environmentally friendly recycled materials, and now their catalog of albums will also be released on "eco-record analog" vinyl! The three albums to be released on eco-records are their debut album "PARACHUTES" (released in 2000), their second album "A RUSH OF BLOOD TO THE HEAD" (2002), and their third album "X&Y" (2005). In addition, recycled analog copies of A HEAD FULL OF DREAMS, released in 2015, will also be repressed. Eco-records are analog vinyl records that are manufactured using 100% recyclable PET instead of PVC as a raw material, while maintaining the same sound and visual quality as traditional vinyl records. In addition, Eco-Records are manufactured using injection molding technology, which saves up to 85% energy compared to conventional analog vinyl manufacturing methods.This is the first time their debut album "PARACHUTES," a Grammy and Brit Award winner and certified 9x Platinum Disc, is being released on this eco-record.
