Following Yoichi Takizawa's 1st album "Beyond the Leonids", his fantastic 2nd album "BOY" will be miraculously released after more than 40 years! This second album was supposed to be released on July 25, 1982, following the third single "Sunday Park", but for some reason, its release was postponed just before the release and it was put in "storage". *It also includes the original version of "Kairinaki Natsu" from Hideki Saishiro's 17th album "GENTLE A MAN" released on March 5, 1984. The mix-down was once all done and completed, but the original master of the 2mix is currently missing, so the mix-down was done again for this release (except for SIDE B, tracks 1 and 2, which were released as singles). This time, the mix work was done by referring to the remaining karaoke masters of all the songs, and it was revived as a supreme album expressing a modern sound while keeping the mix as close to the original mix as possible. The first album "Beyond the Leonids" was reissued in analog format long before the city pop boom, and now this second album is also being reissued in analog format for the first time in the world, finally in its entirety!
