Debut album by young pianist Robert Neumann, born in 2001, who studied with Monika Jurjman at the Stuttgart Conservatory from the age of four, made his orchestral debut at the age of eight with the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra, and won numerous German and international youth competitions. In addition to winning numerous national and international youth competitions in Germany, she was awarded the 2017 International Classical Music Discovery Award. He has been described by various magazines as "an extraordinary talent" and "one of the most promising piano talents". On this album, he performs works by four composers, ranging from the Classical to the late Romantic periods. The highlight is Rachmaninoff's "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini," backed by the Southwest German Radio Symphony Orchestra.
