This special edition includes a paper jacket and obi commentary by All Days Records, and is released on the well-known Taiwanese reissue label "ONCE MORE MUSIC". The debut album of the black-white mixed group with Minnie Riperton, who was a child of psychedelic soul! The album was produced and arranged by the talented Charles, who was also a member of The Dells, one of the signature bands of the CADET label, and is now being reevaluated since the 1990s. The production and arrangement was done by the talented Charles Stepney, who was also a member of The Dells, the signature band of the CADET label.He is also famous for having recruited Terry Carrier, a lone singer/songwriter based in Chicago, to the CADET label in the late 1990s, when he was gaining a new reputation in the U.K. club scene. The album began with "AMEN," a funky and psychedelic interpretation of a gospel number that Otis Redding also covered, followed by original covers of famous songs by the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and Sam & Dave, and was later sampled by A TRIBE CALLED The beautiful soul symphony reaches its peak with "Memory Band," which later became famous when A Tribe Called Quest sampled it. Bonus tracks include six additional songs that were released as singles in 1968, the same year as the debut album, and were later included on the album. Includes obi commentary.
