The album also includes "Shinnamesai" and "Edo no Komoriuta", a collection of good old Japanese songs, and as a bonus track, the first recording of the remarkable "Kaminarimon de meet you"! ＜Maho Kurita (mezzo-soprano) Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts. Completed the master's course at Seitoku University Graduate School. She has appeared in operas and operettas such as the title role in "Hansel and Gretel" and "La Cenerentola (Cinderella)," Dorabella in "Cosi fan tutte," Orlovsky in "Die Fledermaus," Peronella in "Boccaccio," Josefa in "Hakubatei. She delights audiences with her lustrous voice and friendly character. She has also performed solo roles in Handel's "Messiah," Beethoven's "Ninth," Mozart's "Mass in C minor," Vivaldi's "Gloria," and Verdi's "Requiem. Performed in front of the audience at the 60th anniversary concert of the Imperial Police Band at the Momoka Gakudo Hall in the Imperial Palace. As a vocalist of "Gypsy Ladies", she has performed at the Koriyama Hungarian Festival, Oktoberfests and Christmas markets in various places. She is also active outside of concert halls and theaters. She has completed the diploma course of the Japan Vocalists' Association. She won the Excellence Prize at the 24th Ichikawa City Cultural Hall New Performer Contest.Voice trainer for Taito Ward Citizens' Chorus; instructor for JORDAN Kai "Men's Chorus Friday Group". Lecturer at Seitoku University. Regular singer at Alterliebe Tokyo. Director of Ompra Solisten. Member of Japan Vocal Academy. Member of the 3rd Downtown Taito Goodwill Ambassadors.
