The album is a masterpiece of Nordic disco with its characteristic festive mood, exuberance, and emotion, as well as Thomas's unique sense of ease and restraint, with subtle hints of introspection, and more diverse gradations than ever before, allowing you to enjoy this album at its peak of maturity 200%! Prince Thomas, a DJ/producer who has been a mainstay of the Norwegian club scene alongside Lindstrom and Todd Terje, has completed his first new album since "8/9" in 2022 (his tenth album in total). After the faintly acidic, stop-start disco of "Heartbreak" and "1000ML Del 2," with its contrasting use of soft synths and hard beats characteristic of Scandinavian disco, the album continues with the Italo - Cosmic line reminiscent of early Infragranti and Thomas's trademark melodic sensibility. From the opening track "Denpasar Til Bangkok" (from Denpasar to Bangkok), a fusion of Italo-Cosmic lines reminiscent of early Infragranti and Thomas' trademark melodic sense, a rich variety of imaginative sounds are unleashed one after another, like a hammer being hammered out.The album ends with "Sovnlos" (meaning "Sleepless" or "Insomnia"), a song that seems to melt directly into the twilight of the midnight sun, "KLHouse," a song with a lively breakbeat, and "1000ML Del 1", the album comes to an end with exquisite tension, groove, and sense of freedom.... The album ends with an exquisite tension, groove, and liberation... a work of great joy, full of indescribable nuance and diverse gradations, and the peak of maturity (no wonder he named the album after his own name, the 10th album in a row). Released on the "Prins Thomas Musikk" label, which he presides over.
