I listened to it thinking that DJs I know would love it, but I was most hooked by it. This is the song that is most awaited to be released on 7" analog. Anyway, give it a listen! ------Koyo KonishiKono y los Chicos de Cuba released "Universoes Paralelos" (AIYOU-CD 0001) in 2018, which is the world's first attempt to have Cubans perform Japanese folk songs. The work, in which Haruhiko Kono, a Japanese percussionist living in Havana, Cuba, teamed up with young top local musicians to create a musical fusion of the two countries, created a great buzz among Latin music fans, and now they are coming out with another great work. This time, they have covered "Tokyo wa yoru no 7 o'clock," a 1993 song by Pizzicato Five, a music group that was very active in the J-POP scene from the 1980s to the 1990s, with a cutting-edge Cuban salsa arrangement featuring their overwhelming performance ability.Moreover, in addition to the Japanese version of the original lyrics, a Spanish version of "Tokio a las 7 de la Noche" is also included, allowing the listener to enjoy the song in a more tropical language. Furthermore, a recommendation comment by Mr. Koyo Konishi of the original Pizzicato Five is included on the product's obi.
