Progressive rock band ALAGHOM from Mexico Duo band of high-tech multi-instrumentalists Fourth EP with 6 songs Silent and beautiful sound with female soft vocals and technical backing. Original soundtrack of documentary film "Yasuragi Dojo NY". Progressive rock duo band from Mexico formed in 2004. The band's name comes from the Mayan goddess Alaghom Naom. The band released a demo in 2006 with many guest musicians on the themes of ancient mythology and Zen Buddhism. In 2006, the band opened for Evergrey, a progressive metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden, in Mexico City and released a live DVD. In 2008, they released their debut album "EvolucionMental" with 11 songs. The band has toured in Japan and performed at many festivals.In 2009, Armando Tamez (bass) and Efrain Collado (drums) joined the band to open for Agua de Annique in Morelia, Mexico, led by the female singer formerly of Gathering. 2010: Release of the official video "Mayab," 2011-2013: Vigorous live shows in Japan with the new lineup. 2011-2013: Performed live in Japan with a new lineup. 2021: Single and music video "Haab," released. 2023: Began work on the soundtrack for the documentary film "Yasuragi Dojo NY" at Budokan, Japan. 2023: Released the single "Ho Setsu" at the end of 2023 and the preceding single "Ho Setsu" at the beginning of the same year. Released the single "Ho Setsu" in late 2023, and signed a worldwide contract with Wormhole Death label in mid 2024, leading to the release of this album.
