It's great to see our music being appreciated like this, even 50 years later. It was a time when the band was going through a "success or failure" phase in many ways. The harmonies that existed in the band at that time were very special, and that was reflected in the music. It was achieved by removing as much of the external elements as possible from the album, focusing more on the influences we brought with us, including our arranging abilities, and making the best use of the best technology available at the time.Our adventurous spirit is well represented in the originality of the music and lyrics here, as none of us had ever done anything like this before.
