Former Mott the Hoople vocalist Ian Hunter, who has been a charismatic figure in glam rock and pub rock since the 1960s, reissues his 1995 hidden masterpiece "Dirty Laundry" with a new jacket! The album is not only full of great rock 'n' roll, but also includes a touching number, "My Revolution," reminiscent of the eternal classic, "All the Young Bastards. The album features a number of talented UK rock musicians, including Glen Matlock (B) formerly of the Sex Pistols, Casino Steele (Key) of The Boys, and Honest John Plain (G). Ian Hunter, a singer/songwriter born in England in 1939, has been active in various bands since 1958, joining Mott The Hoople in 1969 and releasing "Mott The Hoople". After three unsuccessful albums, the band decided to break up. However, "All The Young Dudes," produced by David Bowie, who had long been a fan of the band, became a big hit in 1972. The band released two more albums, but broke up in 1974.Since then, he has worked as a solo artist with Mick Ronson and others, releasing "Ian Hunter (75)" and "All American Alien Boy (76)," etc. Since the 1980s, he has consistently released albums, boasting a charismatic popularity. In 2023, at the age of 83, he will release his first album in seven years, "Defiance Part 1".
