The early works of B.A. Zimmermann, the composer of the shocking "The Legionnaires". The collection contains works similar to "The Military Men" (released in 1965), but to the surprise of listeners, they are filled with mature tonal sensations and a sensual world like those of R. Strauss and Mahler. Zimmermann began his musical studies in earnest in the winter of 1938, but he did not graduate from music school until 1947 due to fierce opposition from his family and military service in France, Poland, and Russia. The works in this collection are from his early years at the conservatory and shortly after graduation, when he was just starting out. The songs have an atmosphere that makes you think they are French songs.The Suite for Violin and Piano is also a work colored with melancholic melodies that evoke a sense of nostalgia. The Trio Berlin, a group of elite members of the Berlin Philharmonic, performs a trio that combines decadence and sensuality. Although Zimmermann has been the subject of criticism for merely repeating the legacy of Western music that has been handed down from Bach to the present, his highly designed works are all full of charm.
