This album is a collection of recordings made by the legendary master in his younger days, including light music in general, popular songs, film music, and jazz hit numbers. From 1956 to 1961, when the recording was made, André was the focus of worldwide attention after winning a series of prominent international competitions in Geneva, Munich, and other cities. The superb music performed by André, with his imposing and rich sound, superb technique, and humanistic musicality, which is hard to believe that he was in his 20s at the time, will be brought to the present day.
