Reference Recordings, a long-established American high sound quality label, has finally recorded Saint-Saens' "With Organ". Saint-Saens' Symphony No. 3 is a work with outstanding audio effects, and is therefore a piece of music that attracts attention in terms of its great recording and high sound quality. The hall used for the recording is the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, home of the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra, which Reference Recordings has been actively recording recently. The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts is a large cultural complex with two halls: a theater with a proscenium-style stage that seats 1,800, and a 1,600-seat concert hall for classical music.The American Society of Consulting Engineers presented the building with a "Grand Conceptor Award" for its structural engineering, and the area has recently become the focus of attention as a rapidly growing cultural arts destination in Kansas City. The pipe organ is integrated with the walls of the hall, forming a similar arch that creates a natural expanse of sound. The hall is very suitable for "with organ" with its huge orchestration and magnificent sound. The Kansas City Symphony led by Michael Stern is no less exhilarating than the hall's magnificent sound, with the beauty of the strings, the splendor of the winds, and the power of the organ leading to the finale.
