54 delightful nursery rhymes by popular Decca artistsIn March 1959 and May 1963, popular Decca artists Vera Lynn and Kenneth McKellar recorded albums of nursery rhymes, respectively. The two albums, arranged in simple, often humorous and fun arrangements, were combined by Decca in 1976 and released as "The Wonderful World of Nursery Rhymes. The LP's cover spread featured illustrations of all 54 nursery rhymes on the album. For the first complete CD release of the LP, the same illustrations were used and the original album was re-released. The lyrics to all of the children's songs are also included in the booklet.
