Waxwork Records is pleased to announce the release of the original soundtrack for the film *Forbidden Fruits*, composed by Anna Drubich. Directed by Meredith Alloway, the film features a star-studded cast including Lili Reinhart, Laura Tang, Alexandra Shipp, and Victoria Pedretti. The story centers on "Apple," an employee at the shopping mall store "FreeEden." After closing time, in the store’s basement, she secretly leads a witch-like female cult alongside her companions “Cherry” and “Fig.” However, when newcomer “Pumpkin” begins to question their superficial solidarity (sisterhood), the members are forced to confront their own poison or succumb to a blood-soaked fate. The film’s score was composed by the award-winning Anna Dolvich. Born in Moscow, she began playing the piano at age eight and developed a passion for music at an early age. After studying at the Moscow Chopin Conservatory, she earned her degree from the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich. Her diverse career spans over 35 major film and television projects, including *Barbarian*, *Fear Street: 1994*, and *Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark* (produced by Guillermo del Toro), on which she collaborated with Oscar nominee Marco Beltrami (best known for *Scream*). Proudly presented by Waxwork Records, this release is a deluxe analog edition featuring a "Cherry" variant record that is a must-have for collectors. Designed by Matt Needle, the package includes a deluxe gatefold jacket featuring a "scratch-and-sniff" finish that releases a scent when rubbed, a sticker sheet inspired by the Stanley tumblers beloved by cult members, a printed insert, and an obi strip.
