With his 2021 career compilation "Always Repeating" and 2023 debut full-length album "Like Dying Stars, We're Reaching Out," Noah Weinman, an indie SSW based in Los Angeles under the name Runner, has achieved a high degree of difficulty while boasting an astonishing clarity and a catchiness that will take your breath away. Noah Weinman is a Los Angeles-based indie SSW who performs under the name Runner.The first new album in a year is "STARSDUST", which approaches ambient! While touring extensively with LIKE DYING STARS, WE'RE RE REACHING OUT, he injured his Achilles tendon.Noah was forced to rest and began work on this album from his home! The result is a song that swallows ambient music, while reusing ideas from "LIKE DYING STARS, WE'RE RE REACHING OUT"! The title of "ten" expresses the fruit of this work with gusto, as if the stars were spreading endlessly, while the cold, hot arrangement of "eleven" incorporates physical textures,I can't believe that they are so wild at a sudden approach! The symbolic title of the song is also very meaningful! Runner is a conscientious presence within Run for Cover, the parent company of US indie. Expect a great leap forward in the future!
