David Byrne is a prodigy who continues to express his art through a wide range of talents, including photography, film music, web journalism, and film directing. He has won a Grammy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and an Academy Award, and is highly acclaimed for his wide range of activities. His latest studio album, "American Utopia," was released in March 2018. It is his first album in about 14 years and was highly acclaimed, reaching No. 3 on the U.S. Billboard 200 Albums chart. The album made its Broadway debut this fall. The inspiration for the Broadway show was the concert tour of "AMERICAN UTOPIA.David knew from the recording of the album that it would be exciting to do this live, and when the concert tour was actually scheduled, he decided to bring all the ideas and thoughts he had in his head to the stage. The result was an innovative musical performance in which David and all the musicians were freed from any "constraints" and moved around the stage in all directions. David and the backing singers with guitars in their hands, as well as all band members including the drummer and keyboard player, are free from cables, cords, and stands, and with their instruments slung over their shoulders, they dance, march in formation, and fly around on stage. They are dancing, marching in formation, and flying around on stage. In addition to their latest album, AMERICAN UTOPIA, the set also includes Talking Heads' signature songs such as "Once In A Lifetime" and "Burning Down the House.The live performance, which took place over nine months and more than 150 shows in 27 countries, was praised by NME magazine as "possibly the greatest live show of all time.
